Don't know. According to the regulations:

9. Final and/or Knockout Stage
9.1. Subject to Article 7, the AFC may decide to introduce a Final and/or Knockout Stage for the Participating Clubs. The relevant provisions for the Final and/or Knockout Stage shall be communicated by the AFC via a circular to the respective Participating Clubs and Member Associations.

So the format of the final will be confirmed by the AFC later.

AFC Women's Club Championship 2023 – Invitational Tournament Final

Thank you for your continued support of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Urawa Reds Ladies.

The final of the AFC Women's Club Championship 2023 – Invitational Tournament, which was held as a pre-tournament for the AFC Champions League in women's football, has been decided not to take place by AFC (Asian Football) Confederation).

It is very unfortunate that the tournament is scheduled to be held in 2024, so we have been preparing for it, but we will accept this situation and work towards winning the league first.

The AFC have cancelled the women’s club championship final that was scheduled for May.

The bout involved Urawa Reds Ladies and Hyundai Steel Red Angels and would have been played at Komaba.

OFFICIAL: The AFC Women's Club Championship final is back on after stakeholders, including the JFA, WE League and KFA, pushed the AFC to reconsider its (arbitrary and as of yet unexplained) decision to cancel.

Urawa Reds Ladies will host on May 10 at Komaba.

Final

Urawa Red Diamonds Ladies (JPN) 2-1 Hyundai Steel Red Angels (KOR)

Urawa Red Diamonds Ladies are champions of the 2023 edition of the AFC Women's Club Championship™.

It also means Urawa Red Diamonds are, currently concurrently, the Asian title holders of both the men’s and women’s club championship, as the men’s team won the 2022 AFC Champions League a year ago in May 2023, until the next men’s champions are crowned in the second leg of the 2023/24 AFC Champions League in two weeks time.

This match was the first ever AFC women's club championship final played.

In the 2019 and 2021 editions of the tournament, the titles were decided by a round-robin group, won by Tokyo Verdy Beleza (JPN) and Amman (JOR) respectively.

In the 2022 edition of the tournament, originally there would be a final played between the winners of the two zonal tournaments, College of Asian Scholars (THA) and Sogdiana Jizzakh (UZB), but the match was never played.

Of course, the 2023 final was previously cancelled by AFC, but eventually the decision was reversed, and the final was played in May 2024.

Now we will have the brand new AFC Women's Champions League starting from 2024/25.
