3. Toulouse 35%
4. LASK 27%
Liverpool is a no bet.
USG proved their level last season, so I rate them higher than Toulouse (although previous FRA CW Nantes survived their group last season).
LASK struggled against Zrinski so I expect them to be less competitive.

1st place is easy to call. After that I would pick LASK to finish last. Union SG v Toulouse for 3rd. I'll go for the Belgians.

Expected win for Liverpool.
Last match for Toulouse was on December 2009 in Belgium, a 0-1 defeat against Club Brugge. Now they're back, once again playing in Belgium, but this time their opponent was Union SG and they didn't lose.
Records and Statistics:
Champions League (all 141 participants - 1992/1993 to 2019/2020)

Toulouse were somewhat fortuitous with the soft pen in added time; just before the otherwise deadlocked first half was concluded. Second half saw Union threaten more and get rewarded for their efforts. And a winner could have been a matter of a few extra minutes. All in all a draw was a fitting result.
The points that Liverpool might decide to "gift" might be decisive for the outcome of this group. Four points in two games are a good start for Toulouse. LASK still at zero have already their backs against the wall.

Congratulations Toulouse!
At the moment they're the best French team in EL, 4 points, more than Rennes' 3 and Marseille's 2.
LASK is having its worst ever start in EL, in the previous two they always had 3 points after round 2, winning the home match and losing the away match. I suppose that this time the home match being against Liverpool instead of Rosenborg or Ludogorets may help to "explain" why LASK couldn't win this time. But then, the away match this time being against Toulouse instead of Sporting or Tottenham makes the defeat hard to explain too, doesn't it?

To win the group:
Liverpool 1.01
Toulouse 17.00
Union St Gilloise 34.00
LASK Linz 501.00
Liverpool are too strong for this group. LASK might be weak, but still have something to play for. Toulouse are favourite for 2nd spot.
