This is a ban by the national doping tribunal from Italy so I wonder if he was to go to a club in another country, if he couldn't play still? I would imagine so, otherwise the ban would be useless since Juventus would certainly want to get rid of a player they couldn't use for so long.

For it to apply abroad it would have to be imposed by WADA.
