Good away win for Roma and minimal win for benfica
I’m not saying that Liverpool will advance, but I will say that they far from out.
Anything is possible, but I can't remember if ever happened losing by 3 goals at home and turned it around?
I remember some Romanian team losing 3-0 off the ground and turning it around on the second leg, was it Dinamo?

How about a month ago Conference League round of 16:
Mar 07 Olympiacos 1 - Maccabi Tel Aviv 4
Mar 14 Maccabi Tel Aviv 1 - Olympiacos 6 (AET)

Bundesliga still over England, when just 4 MDs of the eruropean season left.
If Bayern can eliminate Arsenal, the fight for the 5th still on, otherwise the battle is over.

Yes, I remember both matches. Liberec were awarded a 3:0 win at Bucharest and lost 3:0 at home and were knocked out on penalty kicks. Also the Olympiakos - Maccabi TA game. Thanks. No argument, but both examples are tainted a bit: the 1st, because of the awarded 3:0 win, the 2nd, because Maccabi TA played their home game on neutral ground.

Technically, not what you asked about.

2019 Spurs where down 0:3 at Ajax 35 min into the away leg. They stayed down 3 away from home until the 55th min and managed to come back to win on away goals.

Very fluky result for Liverpool.
They will probably win the game in Bergamo, the question is if the win is by 3+ goals or not.

In CL-QF 2018 Juventus lost 0-3 to Real Madrid and turned it around in Madrid until... 90+7' with a penalty from Ronaldo (1-3). That's for the "big clubs" in later stages. So yes there is a chance for Liverpool.

Liverpool is still live.
In addition, it is not the first time Atalanta win in Anfield; in 20-21 CL GS MD4 Atalanta won 2-0 in Anfield.
But Liverpool had won in Bergamo 5-0 in the prior MD3.
Hope for more partecipants in the next Prediction Game

I will say that Liverpool is dead in EL.
EL clearly isn't top priority for Liverpool. They have shown that yesterday and no way they will force massively an overturn at the expenses of Premier League.
Liverpool is out.

Liverpool played "A" team yesterday. They clearly tried, just failed miserably on defense.
I expect them to through a kitchen sink next week and try to overturn the deficit.

Yes, as a Serie B club in the Cup Winners' Cup in 1987-88, after losing their R1 L1 game 2-1 to Welsh amateur team Merthyr Tydfil!

This was the only European appearance of Merthyr Tydfil F.C. (2-1, 0-2)! They were from Merthyr Tydfil, 37 km north of Cardiff.

Yes, they folded and were re-founded as Merthyr Town (I visited Pennydarren Park a few years ago) and now play in the Southern League Premier Division.
