2023/24 Conference League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final
Oh, here comes Angel Gomes off the bench for Lille. I guess I have to root for Lille to win the ECL if Villa lose then?

First shot on target by Villa from Cash, but good save by the goalie.

Unbelievable! Cash pulls one back after a goalie colliding with his own player and drops the ball! 2:1.
Come on Villa. Cockroach your way through.
They've been outplayed for the entire tie.

Ridiculous that that goal counted, the goalkeeper was indirectly pushed while jumping, due to which he tumbled and lost the ball. This should have not been a goal
And I’m not saying that because I had a 2-0 in Lyonnais’ game….
Was there a foul on the defender he pushed who collided with the keeper? Cause I'm not sure there is a rule for indirect pushing!

Villa are very lucky to be still in this tie. 2:1 and extra time.

We are heading to extra times for both matches.
Congrats to V. Plzen btw. They didnt let Fiorentina to score 180 mins.

Aston Villa doesn't deserve to go through, and I hope they don't, because they could wake up in the Semis.
Plzen somehow is still in this tie, they need 30 more minutes 10 v 11 for the ultimate shit housing.

Whatever rule there is, but the defender stood there while the keeper and the Villain both flew in and all 3 became 1 mass. The action of the Villain made the mass become unbalanced due to which the GK lost the ball. If this is allowed it opens up a lot of pushing possibilities…. I guess you have seen it, you must admit that with the Villain there would not have been a problem…..
I didn't see it that's why I am askingRicardo wrote: ↑Thu Apr 18, 2024 20:50Whatever rule there is, but the defender stood there while the keeper and the Villain both flew in and all 3 became 1 mass. Fantastic save by the Lille keeper!
Brilliant double save by the Lille keeper, should have been a goal. First time Villa have had a solid block of being the better team, They've been on the attack in ET.
