Tanguy Ndombele and Davinson Sanchez to Galatasaray from Tottenham? They must push it through today, the deadline to register players for Europe is midnight. Nicholas Pepe (again) to Besiktas from Arsenal?
Both Tanguy Ndombele and Davinson Sanchez to Galatasaray is official now. Beşiktaş got Eric Bailly, it is official also.
Awesome, thanks. I think Ndombele is a quality player. How about Pepe?
Since the deadline to register players for Europe is over, I don't think that Pépé will join Besiktas anymore.
But on the other hand, the transfer window is open until the 15th of September in Turkey.
VfL Wolfsburg signed Kamil Grabara, the Polish goalkeeper from Copenhagen, for 2024. Their longtime keeper Koen Casteels announced that he'll leave the club after the season. It didn't take them much time to find a good replacement already.

Greek FW Lazaros Christodoulopoulos (37) has now signed for Aris FC! He has played for PAOK, Pana, AEK, Oly, as well as for Bologna, Hellas Verona, Sampdoria, Atromitos and Anorthosis! He has won the Greek league with Pana, Oly and AEK!
He scored today for Aris! He is the first player that has played and scored for PAOK, Pana, AEK, Oly and Aris!
Belgian Eden Hazard retired at 33. He had played for Lille, Chelsea and Real Madrid. He had 126 apps for the Belgian national team (4th-highest number of apps ever for Belgium)!
Greek CB Sokratis Papastathopoulos has had a very nice career in Greece (AEK, Niki Volou, Oly), Italy (Genoa, AC Milan), Germany (Werder Bremen, Borussia Dortmund), England (Arsenal), and he then noticed that he had not played in Spain! So he signed with Real Betis; let's see how he will do with Los Verdiblancos!
He also had 90 apps for the Greek national team.
Interesting bit of news from Czechia as Daily Sport reports that Slavia might be interested in reviving the career of former PSV wonderkid Mohammed Ihattaren, who reportedly visited Slavia's weekend match in Prague. That's not a name one would expect to see in the czech league...

.... and Ihattaren indeed signed with Slavia on Monday, a one year deal with a three year option.

or any league at all!!
Hope for you this will work, but I have big doubts he will be able to get fit at all and play one game for Slavia.
Yeah, my hopes are not very high either... But the contract seems to be a low risk for Slavia with potentially high reward if a miracle happens and he is able to lose weight and work hard.
