Meanwhile Sturm is throwing away the title...
Two yellows in the first 10 minutes, peak stupidity :sigh:
They just equalized - a draw keeps them 1st.

Re: LaLiga 2023-2024 (First Division)

Girona are not fucking kidding!!! Bravo! Girona is beautiful in the UCL, but there is always that question to resolve... when will we have certain news about the conflict with Manchester City regarding the same ownership?? :dontknow: UEFA has closed the eyes to that issue and Ceferin said ...

Re: English Football 2023/24

Forest almost safe. The points deduction is the only reason there is a battle, the newly promoted 3 are clearly the worst teams, and the worst promoted trio seen in the PL for years.

Re: English Football 2023/24

Luton Town 1–1 Everton yesterday. Luton Town and Nottingham Forest are equal on points on 17th position. Luton Town vs Fulham on the 19th will be critical! Nottingham Forest has harder matches ahead. Is it possible that on the last MD Luton will be 1 point ahead of Nottingham, celebrate and then on...

Re: 2023/24 Europa League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final

Leverkusen v Atalanta is the final I want and it's the most likely one after tonight. Either of these teams to win it would make a great story.

Re: 2023/24 Conference League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final

Incredible that a team referred to as "the corpse of Olympiakos" by @Firnen at some points in the season is achieving this. You have to remember that half the starting 11 changed in January, and the current coach (Jose Luis Mendilibar) arrived in February. The team drastically improved, a...

Re: 2023/24 Conference League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final

Olympiacos leave England with an astonishing 4-2 win, after a mentally and physically game which touched perfection!' No panic after the Villa equalizer, off ball pressure for as long as they had the energy, clinical finishing, a bit of luck. 2 matches (both in Greece) away from the unthinkable, a E...

Re: 2023/24 Conference League quarter-finals, semi-finals and final

Olympiacos is leading 1-2 at HT, after a stellar tactical pressing half. Villa managed to find a goal in the end but Olympiacos shouldn't get affected by this, they play their best.

Italian referee Guida is excellent in all his (difficult) calls.

Re: Domestic Cups

Unbelievable story in the Polish Cup Final. Wisła equalised in the very, very last action of the match. Wisła had a free kick on their own half and after a long ball from GK and a little mess in the box they scored! Moreover, there was a VAR check for possible offside but Wisła player was about hal...
