UEFA Europa Conference League play-off draw
The 2023/24 UEFA Europa Conference League play-off round draw will be held at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland, on Monday 7 August at 14:00 CET.
Seedings, any groupings and the procedure will be available here from 09:00 CET on the day of the draw.

Always the higher ranking, no matter if it involves winners or losers. So both losers will be seeded

For the Champions Path we also already know that
Zrinjski / Breidablik can't draw Ballkani(almost safely through) / Lincoln Red Imps
and maybe
if Urartu beats Farul, then Urartu / Flora Tallinn can't draw Qarabağ FK / HJK Helsinki

I could also see some fans, and maybe this forum will still be using ECL,
just to try to avoid mistakes.
Conference League and Champions League are so similar, you could be afraid UEFA will try to confuse fans and sponsors on purpose
