FK TransINVEST has been granted an exception by UEFA and has been allowed to participate in European club competitions. Final decisions on the Lithuanian clubs' licences will be taken by the LFF on 29 April.

Perfect. Do you know about their name and logo too? I assume they'll get an exception to that rule too, as it's probably considered a long-term existing name. Of course it hasn't been their name for a long time, but 100% of the time the club has been around I'm sure it's good enough.

I don't know, but in a similar case Hegelmann was allowed to play under their name. Maybe this is a hint that TransINVEST can count on such an outcome.

Generally, it seems that UEFA became more lenient when it comes to 3-year-rule, not only in the regulations, but also in the reality.

I don't like this rule when there are so many exceptions. Brann Kvinner was easily able to get around that rule last season. The media from the region didn't even know about the rule. They literally won the Norwegian Toppserien as "Sandviken", and participated in UCL as "Brann". I don't see how any team can not get around the 3-year rule.

Ħamrun Spartans FC has won the Maltese league, and qualified for UCL Q1. Floriana FC and Sliema Wanderers F.C. has qualified for UECL Q1, but one of them can be rebalanced to Q2 if they are cup winners.

Linfield and Cliftonville qualify at minimum for ECLQ1, the Cup Final between them determines which ones will be in ECLQ2.

Arsenal qualified for UCL League Stage. After their draw against Chelsea, Aston Villa can no longer overtake them. Only City, Liverpool and Tottenham can.

AZ qualified for the qualifiers of the Conference League. Need just 1 point in the remaining 3 matches to qualify for the Europa League league stage.
PAOK is not a club. PAOK is a cultural phenomenon.

The teams from NAs 6-12 that would qualify for Conference League Q3 under the previous format, will now enter Europa League Q2 (and this is the lowest AZ can go) So from Netherlands only the playoff winner will enter Conference League qualifiers
