I have been trying to register a amateur team in the very lowest league in Czech Rep - FACR is the governing body. We have 14 or so foreigners who all have been living in the Czech Republic for 5+ years. We have insurance, residency permits etc.
We have recently found out that there is registration fee of 120Euro specifically for foreigners whereas native players in 5Euro. Apparently this is a UEFA directive and not the FACR trying to make a quick buck on the foreigners.
Has anyone else experienced the same fees? Maybe in differeent leagues it would be the same given its "UEFA"?
