I was always ambivalent toward Roma, but today I cheered them against Inter to keep the distance between them and Milan.
Edit: as soon as I've posted Inter levelled after a horrible mistake, jinxed them!

in the relegation zone there was the tail stroke of Genoa that beat Lecce 2-1 ... with this result the third to last is -4 points from the fourth to last.
but all is not lost, in fact in the next round there is the derby of Genoa and Lecce vs Brescia, the games could reopen ...
Udinese and Torino are practically safe unless disaster strikes... ;)

I was like "what?!". Then I realized it, but I don't think that's a saying in English :D

Anyway, the league has now very little to say: you-know-who gets another Scudetto, Atalanta-Inter-Lazio qualify to CL-GS, Napoli-Roma-Milan to EL (Roma and Milan fighting for the second EL-GS direct slot), mayyybe something might happen in the relegation zone as you mentioned (Lecce is expected to join Brescia and SPAL in Serie B, but Genoa is not safe yet).

I will probably go on a hiatus from this hectic pace until CL/EL matches.

yes, maybe it was better to write "Genoa beat a blow" ... in English apparently "tail stroke = backlash"

the opposite happens to me, terms in english that i struggle to connect in Italian ...i think it's normal anyway

Sampdoria vs Genoa / Genoa vs Inter / Sassuolo vs Genoa / Genoa vs Verona
i say 0 points for the first 2 challenges, after which Verona could get soft to the match of MD 38

Lecce receives Brescia at home , have travels against Bologna and Udinese...then closes at home with Parma very quietly

It is the news of the evening. To confirm the news that Ralf Rangnick will not arrive at Milan is the agent of the German coach Marco Kosicke who spoke to the notebooks of the Bild: "Milan and Ralf Rangnick have agreed that it is not the right time to work together. For this reason, taking into account the good results with Pioli, it was decided that Rangnick will not take on a role in Milan.

Milan won again, now at Sassuolo 2:1 and sit on 5th place! There's no danger from behind to lose the EL ticket, but Roma must win at Spal to keep Milan in the ELQ2!

Zlatan really transformed Milan.

Atalanta learning how to win 1-0 lately, this is truly a sign of becoming a "big" team.

Tonight there's an interesting game: Reggiana - Bari. The winner will be the last promoted team to Serie B.

Reggiana back to Serie B after 21 years :applause:

Great night for thousands of fans that didn't abandoned the team during the too many years in Serie C.

Roma won 6:1 in Ferrara against Spal and are back on 5th place with 2 points and +11 goal difference advantage over Milan.

Napoli defeated at Parma (think the latter was back from 6 defeats and 1 draw)

Goal difference is irrelevant because the first tiebreaker in Italia is head to head, which Milan have over Roma

Ouch! Roma play Juventus in the last round away! I was counting on a draw and the superior goal difference. Thanks.
