City played like a team who knew they barely had to turn up today to win the group. Dull dull dull. Wake me up when the knockouts start.

Don't feel sorry for them, they won two of their eleven CL matches... There are others with just 1 or even 0 in 11+ matches, those are the ones "out of depth".
I feel sorry for them because they lost their last 3 games 5-0, 4-0 and 6-0...

I know you're taking a (not entirely undeserved) dig at Oly, but c'mon, they got a draw and only lost by 2 goals or less against the big opposition while RS got hammered every single time. They seem a better team, at least by a small distance.

Good point for Shakhtar, though it changes nothing really. They need a point against Atalanta and hope Dinamo cannot beat City. Olympiakos missed a great opportunity, what a pity.

This point is huge for the third place. Now Shakhtar cannot be eliminated from EL unless Dinamo beat City.

You will need to support Shakhtar in the 6th round, we shouldn't lose Atalanta and then everything will end well for everyone 8)

They'll have their chance to prove it. Win, and their European season continues.

Shakhtar will beat Atalanta easily in 2 weeks time.
They could have won at MC today, they seem to be gaining form.

I will absolutely root for Shakhtar. Even if Dinamo beat Man City, I wouldn't mind Shakhtar beating Atalanta because I could see Dinamo getting more points in EL than in CL knockouts, even with 5 CL bonus points included.

I think the chances of Shakhtar not to lose are high, we are in good shape, the main thing is that Pyatov does not create a problem

Atalanta have improved a lot since the first 3 rounds. I view this game as 50-50.

Tottenham striker Harry Kane is the fastest player to score 20 Champions League goals, reaching the tally in just 24 appearances and breaking the record held by Alessandro del Piero since 1998 (26 appearances).

Mourinho hugs the ball boy who made the goal from the throw possible:

He praised him in his interview after the game too:
I love intelligent ballboys like I was, and this kid today was brilliant. He read the game, understands the game and made an important assist, an important moment for him and he will never forget it.

I think Atalanta will qualify with 7 points after all.

City already has given 2 gifts, I don't see the offering a 3rd one.

You're right. The odds were 8:1 for a draw, but 9.5:1 for Olympiakos.
