Korea DPR used to be in the top 10, but since they did not play enough matches during the 4-year period (due to COVID), they dropped out completely and became unranked some time in 2023. But since starting to play again in September, they have been getting very good results in the three competitions they played in (Asian Games, Olympic Qualifiers, East Asian Championship), so they re-enter the rankings and are back to the top 10.

Yep and Belgium could have already overtaken England.
The Swedish players and staff came over to Belgium's dressing room after they were made aware of the shooting in Brussels. The Swedes didn't want to go ahead with the second half and offered to forfeit the game. Although at that time Hungary was expected to get the results to push Belgium out of the top pot for the final draw Belgium told UEFA and Sweden that they'd take a draw instead. With the draw Belgium lost ranking points while with a 3-0 forfeit (I=25) Belgium would already have gained enough to be safely above England and close the gap with France.

With teams almost tied on points it will be +5 for win and -5 for defeat. Like 5.05 if Belgium wins and 4.95 if England wins.
Edit: There are Belgium - Chile and England - Brazil before, with same result England will open up the gap a bit but not enough to be safe. (Points are calculated after every game despite they are announced only once after each window)
They release an end of year ranking near the end of December every year. It includes some friendly games outside International windows and the final stages of Pacific Games.
How can Morocco go up in the rankings after that garbage showing at the CAN?
Morocco gained a very small amount of points, 1.7, after winning 2, drawing 1 and losing 1 in AFCON.
The team that they overtook was USA, who played a friendly in January with their C-team, and lost to Slovenia (55th ranked), and thus lost 3.57 points.
Morocco are now ahead of USA by less than 2 points. So had USA not played that friendly, USA would still be 12th.
