Giorgio Marchetti is standing in for the bizarrely absent Alexander Ceferin!

He deserved it. He's not my favourite player but he did.

Usually players complete only one U21 cycle, whatever their age.

Ceferin rarely presents the youth competition medals and trophies.

He was only here for the finals though. James Milner certainly didn't. He did three U21 campaigns!

He did present YL medals and last U21 final in 2021!

Maybe I was wrong, I thought that's what the commentator said, but this is Jones holding an award.

Unless it's another one. I only saw one player get an award, but surely there were more than just one given out.

Unless Trafford's getting senior calls up surely it would be monumentally stupid not to use him for 2025. Get him in the England setup for the next two years. Burnley are expected to break their club record to sign him, so he should be playing in the Premier League too.

They had Muric last season in Chanpionship where they absolutely tore most of the league apart but Trafford will be even better for PL.

England were holding up Jacob Ramsey's shirt right above the trophy in the celebration photo. Nice touch, he was injured earlier in the tournament.

I wonder why he didn't stick around to cheer on the boys?
