Draw groups are not out yet, but after noticing that the Champions Path of EL Q3 has two groups, it's very plausible to assume the same will happen in ECL Q3 CP, ensuring to keep Ballkani and Zrinjski apart
Did the seeding line change after the first round matches?
I see that Lugano is the first unseeded club.

A big downer for Lillestrøm who was set to take over Floras seeded statis if they were to advance from ECLQ2
The ideal draws here for the unseeded teams, including Aris and Panathinaikos (and Aris Limassol if they beat Nefci) are beatable teams that are seeding in the Play-Offs:
BATE Borisov (this is the jack pot draw but only IF they beat Konyaspor)
Steaua (assuming they beat Saburtalo)
Zorya Luhansk (everyone in general wants to face Ukrainian teams this year)
APOEL (although I'd rather not, I want them through as well)
Astana (like BATE, big IF, since they play Rakow)
Maccabi Tel Aviv (although Greek clubs struggle against this team)

How can UEFA publish draw groups when they still do not have fixed A wrong match in Group 3 for the second qualifying rounds?

You massively overrate Romanian clubs.
