Korea Republic and Japan advanced from Group B to the quarter-finals.
Korea Republic and Japan are now tied at the top of Group B with identical records (6 pts, 3-0), and they will play each other in the final match to decide who will finish as group winners and who will finish as group runners-up.
If the match ends in a draw, the group winners will be decided by a penalty shoot-out between the two teams right after the match (instead of by disciplinary points), according to the regulations of the tournament, Article 7.3.2.7: https://assets.the-afc.com/downloads/to ... ations.pdf
In the quarter-finals, the runner-up of Group B will play the winner of Group A, which will be the tournament hosts Qatar (6 pts), who have already won the group after two matches, while the winner of Group B will play the runner-up of Group A, which will be either Indonesia (3 pts), Jordan (1 pt), or Australia (1 pt). So likely both Korea Republic and Japan will want to win the group.

Cue the @Firnen comment about Qatar at least not tainting the Olympic flag, or something.

So after 12 rounds of penalties, Korea Republic, who have qualified for every Olympics since Seoul 1988, were eliminated, meaning their streak of Olympic qualification ends at 9. This is the all-time longest streak of Olympic qualification in the men's football tournament. Egypt also "qualified" 9 straight times between 1920 and 1960, but they did not actually play in 1956 due to boycott.
The current longest Olympic qualifying streak is owned by Japan at 7, and they can extend it to 8 if they qualify for Paris. The only team with a current streak of more than 2 in the men's football tournament is Argentina, which have qualified for 3 straight in 2016, 2020, and 2024.
Indonesia now have three "chances" (semi-finals, 3rd place match, play-off vs Guinea) to qualify for their 2nd Olympics, after Melbourne 1956, where they received a bye in the round of 16 after their opponents South Vietnam withdrew, and then in the quarter-finals, played the Soviet Union to a 0-0 draw after extra time, but lost the replay 0-4, meaning they technically finished 5th in that Olympics as the other losing quarter-finalists all lost straight away.
And of course, there may still be a Korean at the Olympics if Indonesia actually make it to Paris, as they are managed by Shin Tae-young, who is also the head coach of the Indonesia senior team, who earlier this year reached the Asian Cup round of 16, and are currently 2nd in their WCQ group with a good chance of advancing to the final qualifying round. Shin himself played for Korea Republic at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, and were their head coach at the 2016 Rio Olympics. While he never played at the World Cup, he was the Korean manager at the 2018 World Cup, when they beat defending champions Germany 2-0 but still went out in the group stage.
