KI of the Faroe Islands are the first team to qualify for Europe for the 2023/24 season (last season before competition reform).
After last weekend’s results, they are now 26 points ahead of fourth-placed B36 which has only eight matches to play.
They will start from CL Q1 or ECL Q1.

The proper is just finished. Next week the unproper a.k.a. boring part starts.
PAOK is not a club. PAOK is a cultural phenomenon.
For the summer leagues which will be finished by the end of the year, their current rankings are not high enough for them to qualify for the “competition proper” directly. They are basically playing these domestic leagues and cups to qualify for the qualifying phase of CL/EL/ECL, so I guess you can view these domestic competitions as the “pre-qualifying phase” for the next season.
However, with Norway possibly rising to 12th or higher in the upcoming rankings, their champions (and maybe even runners-up and cup winners) should be guaranteed group stage football, which will be a first for a summer league since Russia switched to become a winter league.
Flora of Estonia are the second team to qualify for Europe, as they are now 28 points ahead of fourth-placed Paide which has only nine matches to play.
They will start from CL Q1 or ECL Q1.

KuPS is the first cup winner for the season and secured a spot at ECL.
HJK are also assured of at least ECL since they will finish at least 4th AND if KUPS finish 5th, they will be in top 3.
Unless Finland brings back the play offs for the last European spot. They were not held last year

That picture is amazing. Like something out of a fantasy movie rather than real life. It makes me wonder if an avalanche could sweep away the town, but it's been there long enough, so maybe it's safe.

If Russia is again suspended for 2023/24, what happens to the league path of UCL qualifiers? Serbian vice-champion goes to CL-Q3 and that's it?
And then if, in addition, EL-TH qualifies for CL-GS via domestic league, do we get FRA N3 to CL-GS, POR N3 to CL-PO, without further changes? I believe UEFA doesn't allow less than 2 pairs in CL-Q2 of league path.

It's not the same. Russia was 8th this season and their N2 was supposed to start in CL-Q3 league path. Regarding the EL Qualifiers, we will probably have to wait until May because of the EL TH spot.
