Wrong. As the same situation may happen between Rennes and Fenerbahçe i researched it. Don't take my word for it, this is the overall view in Scotland of our Champions league efforts. It might upset a few angry Hungarians and Nelster but it's impartial and accurate of the mood of both sets of fans

Liverpool - Bayern is the likeliest pair of all, mathematically. 37% chance of happening.
I remember watching the criteria last year due to a possible tiebreaker between Sporting and Dortmung and I knew away goals in all games still counted, which is bizarre, but good for Benfica
Benfica did it, unbelievable! That's a good news for Eintracht, Milan and Inter (with all due respect, now Benfica is great, but i would take them over PSG).

Due to the abolition of the away goals rule, head-to-head away goals are no longer applied as a tiebreaker starting from last season. However, total away goals are still applied as a tiebreaker.

SInce UCL has 32 teams, it's the first time Spain have only one team in the KO round. Congrats Brugge. Portugal was so close to something historic like 3 teams but it wasn't to be. Two group winners maybe a first for Primeira, though.
