They are already separated into four priority pots, and priority 4 has only 3 participants so it will be possible for Zorya to draw Dnipro-1.

They did nothing to not let Fenerbahce play Sivasspor last season and also nothing not to let Fenerbahce play Galatasaray and Austria Wien to play Sturm Graz. It was just luck of the draw that this pairings didn't happen.

For a few months ago, UEFA had Romanian sides FCV Farul Constanța and FC Viitorul Constanța as individual clubs on UEFA's club rankings. However, recently, they chose to merge them, and all coefficient points now belong to Farul.

Can someone explain to me why this happened? I am sure many see these clubs as the same club, and maybe they legally are, but I wonder why UEFA changed their mind.

Farul applied for a UEFA license, but got rejected by the Romanian FA because they don’t consider them the successor of Viitorul, so they don’t satisfy the 3-year rule. However, Farol appealed to the CAS, and won, so they got the license to play in UCL this season. Therefore, UEFA is following the ruling and consider the two the same club.
