At Clubs tab you can see which clubs are currently qualifying and at Current Status tab you can see the top 8 positions of each league, the considered cup winner (the club with the higher coefficient of the remaining clubs in competition) the remaining league matches and how many clubs left at domestic cup. The clubs that are in caps haven't ever taken part in european competitions. There are few exceptions only (I noticed LASK and FCSB) and this is because the official club's name is initialism

True they never got to the GS but they participated in qualifiers
Wales: Penybont FC (from Bridgend) will make its debut in European football (ECL-Q1).
Luxembourg: Swift Hesperange won their first ever league title and qualified for the Champions League for the first time.
They have only qualified for Europe twice before: in the 1990/91 Cup Winners' Cup after winning the Luxembourg Cup, and in the 2021/22 Europa Conference League after finishing third in a COVID-abandoned season. They have yet to win a tie in Europe.
