There is one thing wrong there. You said that if Roma wins EL and qualify for CL domestically, France's N3 go to CL GS and Portugal's N3 to CL PO. The latter is not true, but instead, Ukraine and Belgium's N2 qualify for CL Q3.

We likely won't see what happens. Roma finishing Top 4 is very unlikely, and after next season this question becomes moot because of the change in how TH spots are filled.

That was the scenario from the COVID season when the previous season had to be finished in August, so the TH-situation was not known at the time of the QR-draw.

And specially because Russia will be out of top 15 and the vacant places won't affect CL non-champions path.

Roma can no longer qualify for the Champions League through Serie A.

This means the Europa League title holders spot in the Champions League group stage will be used, and there will be no more rebalancing in the League Path of Champions League qualifying.
