2024/25 access list
2024/25 access list
Sorry if there is a separate topic for this, but does anyone know when UEFA will confirm the 2024-25 access list?

Toi can find it here https://kassiesa.net/uefa/AccessList2024.html @Flimsy
Thank you. Yes, I know the provisional access list but it says 'to be confirmed'. I was wondering when it is likely to be confirmed.
After next Spring's UEFA ExCo meeting, after which the 2024/25 UCC regulations will be published.

That can't be right. Access list for the season 24/25 must be official confirmed (& published) before the start of the season 23/24. My opinion - latest on 1-st July 2023.
Season 2023/24 has already started in many countries. I thought that the 2024/25 access list had been agreed on May 2022. I'm not sure what aspect of the access list is still 'to be confirmed' - all of it or just certain aspects?

UEFA said it had been approved together with the competition formats a year ago, but I think it will only become official once they appear in the competition regulations, which should be approved next Spring.
Thank you for the replies. I think we can say with confidence the EL and ECL formats are decided.
Correct me if I am wrong, but at least 37 countries will have at least a team in GS, right? Up from 35 under the current format?
That's correct. One more guaranteed CL spot, another guaranteed EL spot, then depending on the draws and other Access List changes, the other two teams could be in any of the competitions
Very interesting, guys; let's see which 'smaller country' will make its debut in GS!

Can you remind us of the new balancing rules?
For example, when the 7th ranked of the top leagues wins the ECL, then the next team of the country will move up to make sure that country will be represented in that competiton, or something like that?
When Villarreal won the EL and was 7th, Spain didn't have a team in the new ECL and Uefa wants to prevent that for commercial reasons, right?
We don't have enough information yet to be able to confirm or deny anything, but it would be safe to assume that Spain would not have an ECL spot, under that exampleOlliWender wrote: ↑Sat May 27, 2023 19:59Can you remind us of the new balancing rules?

Since we'll have at least one country, maybe even two, out of England/Spain/Italy with 8 teams next season, I wonder if that will be an advantage or disadvantage regarding their chances to get the highest 1-year coefficient spots for the CL?
