UEFA Europa Conference League third qualifying round draw
The 2023/24 UEFA Europa Conference League third qualifying round draw will take place at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland, on Monday 24 July at 14:00 CET.
Seedings, any groupings and the procedure will be available here from 09:00 CET on the day of the draw.
2023-24 Europa Conference League: 3rd qualifying round
Participants in ECL-Q3 draw (main path) ordered by Elo ranking.
*Adana/Cluj is a special case because the Turks are Elo favorites in this tie, which means whoever draws this pair won't be seeded in PO round if the Elo favorite (Adana) indeed qualifies.

My list of best and worst seeded and unseeded teams to get is unsurprisingly similar to what ELO says.
Rosenborg/APOEL/FCSB or why not, Partizan/Dinamo K. to become seeded in the Play-Off round.
I also wouldn't fear Viktoria Plzen much.
Twente/Besiktas to avoid absolutely for the unseeded teams.
For the seeded teams, better avoid Nordsjaelland, Brann and Hajduk Split.
Champions path: the pair with Ferencvaros is the one to avoid. I mean, will they improve, right? They can't do worse. Farul/Urartu maybe the second-best pair in terms of quality. The rest consists of teams with similar quality. Form and will to win after being eliminated from CL may make the difference.

At least Rijeka got good group. They should be favourites against most of these opponents.
Rijeka got a fantastic group. But Hajduk's is unbelievably hard.

The two teams and eight pairings (FC Flora Tallinn and Lincoln Red Imps FC directly progressing from UEFA Champions League first qualifying round champions path, and eight pairings through the UEFA Europa Conference League second qualifying round champions path) are divided into one group of one team and five pairings (group 1) and one group of one team and three pairings (group 2).
An open draw is held to determine the pairings.
Any changes of date and fixture reversals will be communicated in writing to the clubs and national associations by 18:00 CET on Tuesday 25 July.

One bowl is prepared to draw each group.

Each club in the three groups is randomly assigned a number: 1 to 4 for the seeded teams and 5 to 8 for the unseeded teams.
Three bowls are prepared for the draw, with the balls containing the numbers for the seeded and unseeded teams placed in the correspondingly marked bowls.
One ball is taken from each of those bowls and placed in the third empty central bowl, where they are shuffled and drawn again. The number shown from first ball then drawn from this bowl indicates the home teams of the first pairing of all three groups, and they will play against the teams indicated by the number of the ball drawn second from this bowl.
For example, if the first ball drawn contains the number 2 and the second the number 8, the clubs that have been assigned the numbers 2 and 8 in each of the three groups will play each other. The first ball drawn, here containing the number 2, designates the home team for the first leg in all three ties.
The same procedure is carried out with the remaining balls to complete the pairings.

The procedure for these three groups is exactly the same as above, with the only difference being that the seeded teams are assigned numbers 1 to 5, and the unseeded teams assigned numbers 6 to 10.
