The current top 6 of the table after 26 rounds are as follows:
1. Sparta Prague - 66
2. Slavia Prague - 65
3. Viktoria Plzen - 54
4. Banik Ostrava - 40
5. Mlada Boleslav - 39
6. Slovacko - 39

There are 4 more rounds in the regular stage, and after that the top 6 teams will play in the championship stage with 5 rounds. So a team which finish in the top 6 have 9 more matches to play. This means Banik Ostrava can reach a maximum of 67 points, and Mlada Boleslav and Slovacko can reach a maximum of 66 points.

However, since Banik Ostrava, Mlada Boleslav and Slovacko, should they reach the championship stage, have to play each other once, this means only one of them is able to reach 65 points. So both Sparta Prague and Slavia Prague are guaranteed a top four finish and thus a European place.
According to Czech users in the forum, now that Czechia will have 5 teams in Europe, the 4th placed team (or the 5th if CW is in top 4) will enter play off for the last European slot with the winner of the 7-10 bracket.
Yes, that's also here: https://www.fortunaliga.cz/text/122-herni-model-ligy
Ah, I forgot that Czechia are back to having a European play-off now that they are back to 5 teams in Europe.

So the leagues with Conference League play-offs this season are:
Netherlands
Belgium
Austria
Czechia
Denmark
Romania
Bulgaria
Slovakia (only if cup winners in top three)
Finland
Northern Ireland
Wales
San Marino

Rijeka currently have 62 points. Lokomotiva Zagreb and Osijek, who are currently 4th and 5th, can reach 64 and 63 points respectively if they win all of their 8 remaining matches. However, since they still have to play each other once, only one of them can reach 62 points. So this means Rijeka cannot finish lower than 4th.

And since the cup final will be between Rijeka and Dinamo Zagreb, who are currently 2nd, this means Rijeka have qualified for Europe.

In Serbia, Red Star Belgrade have qualified for Europe.

The three teams currently in 4th, 5th and 6th, Cukaricki, Vojvodina, and Radnicki, all have 44 points. They still have 9 matches to play (2 in regular stage, and 7 in championship stage), so can reach a maximum of 71 points, the same number of points as Red Star Belgrade.

However, since these teams have to play each other once in the championship stage, only one of them can reach 71 points. So Red Star Belgrade are guaranteed to finish at least 4th. This means they have qualified for Europe.

Rooting also for Brest, Bologna, Girona and Aston Villa to make it, possibly CL! Worried for Villa, only 5 points from their last 5 games.

The Copa del Rey is over. Very late final kick-off time. Athletic Club turned out to be the least sleepy side. They are the Spanish cup winners and will start next season in the UEL league phase. However, due to great domestic league results, they might get an even better European spot.
