I don't share everyone's opinion about a "CL group" in EL.
For sure there are some very expensive teams, but none of the have something important to remember recently.

AEK looks terrible so far this season, and saves its games only after 90+.
They will be competitive against everyone but I doubt they will manage to put any team behind them. I hope I am wrong because a 3rd place and ECL in Spring would fit them greatly.

I don't trust Ajax since they not only lost even 2nd place in Netherlands, but also fail to win Ludo at home.

Marseille is already traumatized by their CL elimination so I expect their egoism to be triggered and pay attention to EL.

Brighton is a big question since they have zero experience of playing in two competitions at the same time.

1. Marseille 57%
2. Ajax 53%
3. Brighton 51%
4. AEK 39%

Level of play is much more important than European experience and Brighton are miles better than all other teams in this group so I expect them to win the group. AEK will probably finish last so the only question is who will finish second, Ajax or Marseille... its 50/50 in my view.

Brighton plays better football than Manchester United, Liverpool and Newcastle right now.

It's just their unknown brand name that makes people not think they are the absolute favourite here.

i saw some of Brighton games recently. They are very good team.
I have a blue house with a blue window.
Blue is the colour of all that I wear.
Blue are the streets and all the trees are too.
I have a girlfriend and she is so blue.

As long as De Zerbi benches Welbeck, Brighton is the 3rd best team of the PL after City and Arsenal.

I d say Liverpool is still second best team in PL after City and may be this season with the new midfield Liverpool will again be the best team  As a fan I have high hopes. But yeah Brighton are unbelievably good and fantastic to watch :mol:

1.Ajax
2.Brighton
3.Marseille
4.AEK

Although I wouldn’t be surprised if Marseille ends up last, for me Marseille is associated with a team that regularly screws up

Ajax is a complete mess at the moment. If you think they were bad last year, you're in for a surprise... They probably wont go 0-0-6, but right now i think they're fighting for 3rd as a best case scenario.
