Eintracht messed up a 2 vs 1 counter attack to clinch the game...
PAOK dropped points to a weak Aberdeen this time.
It doesn't mean anything for PAOK: they would need a point in Frankfurt either way. But it's dropped points in the Greek coefficient where every point might matter for top 15, and with Panathinaikos losing 11 v 10 this is a poor start for MD4.
Huge win for Bodo Glimt, Nordsjaelland unexpectedly drops points to Trnava (for the same battle).

Aberdeen hold out, a good but worthless result, though it does mean if they get any more results they'll get above the 2.500 coefficient points minimum.
Didn't realise it had gone so one sided, Aberdeen had 2 shots and scored them both, PAOK had 20, 7 on target.
In the 2 games PAOK were lucky to get anything in the first game especially a win and Aberdeen earned a deserved point in the second game. PAOK may have dominated the 2nd game but there were no controversial decisions other than not booking the PAOK player for cheating to try and win a penalty.Firnen wrote: ↑Thu Nov 09, 2023 20:41 PAOK dropped points to a weak Aberdeen this time.

My suspicions about PAOK were correct, they are average at best.

What a disappointment, what an unfair result.
Aberdeen had only two shots in the entire game and they scored two goals out of them!

More fair than the first game. At least the officials got all the decisions correct in the end this time.

The 2-2 could be a factor on MD6 if Eintracht only get a draw in Scotland. In other words: if Eintracht beat PAOK at home, a draw in Scotland will be (most probably) enough now.
Having a W today would mean that drawing in Frankfurt would secure first place, regardless of the result in MD6.
Now that draw needs to be followed by a W at home vs HJK.
Lol you struggled to beat them in the 1st game and needed to officials to cheat to help you. Then you can't win the home game. Keep crying.
What a win for Bodø/Glimt!
Bundesliga team in the KO rounds of Intertoto for the first time.
Villa picking up straight where they left off, all over them from the first whistle, and they head in a cross, 1-0!
