She passed away.
Wow, that was a long time ago, over 3 years ago.
I remember. I always thought it was a ~30 yrs old woman and the lady on the avatar is her grandma, and then I saw the thread with the message that she passed away. True forum legend!

Villa equalise because of bad refereeing... (and bad defending by AZ after that)

Yeah, I would have thought it was a corner with the way it went flying over the bar like it had been blocked, but it was just a bad miss and the defender didn't make contact.

I completely missed that! I'm sorry to hear that, indeed. 3 years, that sounds awfully close to Covid's hot season.

My point was that even when she was a regular here, she didn't engage, just ranted. Contrary to Whiny-Scotsman-with-Slavic-name, who's starting to annoy everyone.

Pot. Kettle. Black. You've just been crying about Aberdeen being above PAOK in some alternate "fair" universe.

Proud of how AFC defended against a capable PAOK team with much greater resources.

Glad that the ridiculous penalty decision was overturned by VAR, and PAOK could have had a red card for Vieirinha's foul in the first half.

PAOK obviously have a lot of quality and it will be interesting to see how the return match goes in Germany now that Eintracht seem to be back in form.

Certainly something to build on.

Un-PAOK-like behaviour by Koulierakis, he should've told the ref straight away that he just tripped.
Instead we had 4' wasted at a time when PAOK was pressing for another goal.

It's funny, isn't it.
They couldn't win before the Toumba game.
And since losing that game, they have only wins!

Obviously I'm a little biased, but I hope Aberdeen defends as stubbornly at home vs Eintracht as they did today.
And that they get at least a draw out of it

Bringing back memories to another match and a corner that wasn’t. That time Spain scored the winner in the WC final because of it…
But to miss in front of a goal is so impossible to imagine that it was logical to assume that there had been an AZ foot.
But because of it, AZ had to take more risk, they needed the win, while Villa could lean back more. The second goal and less chances for AZ were a result of the first goal…
