Greece: No clubs confirmed to be relegated or promoted yet.

Wales: Pontypridd United has been relegated. Aberystwyth Town or Colwyn Bay will follow them. Briton Ferry Llansawel has been promoted.

Rudeš is relegated from the Croatian First League. They will be replaced with the champion of the Second League (Between Zrinski and Šibenik)

In the Netherlands most likely Vitesse will be relegated. They are 7 points behind with only 4 matches left. They have been at the top level since 1989.

Flint Town United (from Flint, NE Wales) has been promoted, one season after they were relegated.
They play in the same stadium as Connah's Quay Nomads.

In Bosnia Željo could be relegated. They are in bad form and in the next weeks they play all their direct competitors, so it will be very interesting to follow them.

Sloboda Tuzla and Radnik will be promoted.

Vitesse got 18 points deducted for not meeting licence requirements, which means they are already relegated now.
