After a few summer days at the beginning of April, we had a winter comeback in the second half of April. Municipality of Milan allowed exceptionally to turn on again the heating - usually after April 15th it is not allowed.

Same in south-western Poland. Crazy weather in April, a few days with 5C, then a few days with 28C and then again a few days with 5C. In my childhood (90's) we had clear 4 seasons (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter). Presently we have only Summer or Winter.

Yes, unfortunately.

I miss particularly beautiful and colorful Polish Autumns with normal temperatures like about 15C. It was a pure pleasure to have long walks in the park or collecting mushrooms in the forest. Polish Winters are also not same like they used to be about 30 years ago. Almost no snow, just a grey and depressing weather.
