They don’t get 3 points for a bye!

By that logic European teams would get 5*3pts for byes for the 5 qualifying rounds!
For confederations other than UEFA, all teams get 3 points for participating in the group stage. Since CONCACAF Champions League/Cup does not have a group stage, the round of 16 is considered the "group stage", so Alajuelense will definitely have at least 3 points for 2024.
1) will UEFA qualifiers be considered?
2) No points for Round 1?
1) No. UEFA qualifies are not considered.
2) No. No match points for round 1. But of course you get 3 points for winning the round 1 tie because you reach round of 16, which is equivalent to the "group stage" of other confederations.

For AFC, CAF, CONMEBOL: "Points are allocated as of group stage"

For CONCACAF, "Points are allocated as of Round of 16 being the latest stage into which teams qualify automatically"

I calculated myself. I also verified it with the rankings at https://footyrankings.com/cwc/

There are some differences because I don't think they are as updated as mine.

The latest UEFA ranking can be found on this site at https://kassiesa.net/uefa/fifa-club-world-cup-2025.html

Therefore, I don't post it here.
