UEFA: Same as UEFA Club ranking, but only taking into account Champions League matches starting from the group stage.

All other confederations: Starting from the group stage (round of 16 for CONCACAF), 3 points for 1 match won, 1 point for 1 match drawn, and 3 points for every round advanced (including participating in group stage).
